Want to inform you that we are using your WD external Hard disk 4TB , whose S/N - WXN2D337P5ZV and P/N - WDBPKJ0040BWT-0B, we purchased in month of July-2023, till yesterday hard disk are not supported to computer and not showing connectivity, we doubt some issue or hard disk are crashed, but we need the data inside it, and this hard disk under warranty so before data recover from third party we are requested kindly provide us NOC for data recovery so that our hard disk remains under warranty.
